2	Zavos Swim-up Column The ZSC-II Kit includes ZSC-II, plastic pipette, and 1mL syringe with needle.
3	Zavos Swim-up Column Additional materials: SpermPrep Media LabTop incubator IUI Catheter
4	Zavos Swim-up Column Remove ZSC from the pack and using sterile techniques, uncap the ZSC.
5	Zavos Swim-up Column Add 2mL of semen directly into the bottom cone of the ZSC using the plastic pipette.
6	Zavos Swim-up Column If the volume of semen is less than 2mL and does not reach the top of the cone, then gently add SpermPrep Media up to the top of the cone to make up the difference.
7	Zavos Swim-up Column Using the syringe with needle, add 0.7mL of SpermPrep Media on the outside of the cone up to the top of the cone until the media touches and covers the semen. “This allows the healthy sperm to swim out of the semen and into the media.”
8	Zavos Swim-up Column Place the ZSC in the LabTop Incubator which is set at 35°C
9	Zavos Swim-up Column Leave the ZSC in the LabTop Incubator for 45-60 minutes. “This allows adequate numbers of high quality sperm to swim into the over layered media.”
10	Zavos Swim-up Column Aspirate all the media, which should contain all the motile and healthy sperm, from the outside of the cone.
11	Zavos Swim-up Column Simply, attach the syringe to the catheter of your choice (TomCat shown) and perform the Intra Uterine Insemination (IUI). “It is that simple!”
